All products of the LITRON, LITRON Frame, UPGRADE and OVERSEAS series can be registered.
By registering your products, you have an overview of your purchase data and the current warranty period. Furthermore, you automatically become a member of the TITAN Member Club and gain access to exclusive offers reserved for members.
You can, of course, register the products you have purchased from specialised dealers.
For cases in the UPGRADE and OVERSEAS series, you will find the xx-digit serial number inside the product. It is affixed to a patch on the cover of the left shell. In beauty cases from the UPGRADE series, you will find the serial number inside the lid. The LITRON and LITRON Frame series do not have a serial number. You can register the products using the product finder.
We endeavour to offer you the best possible service. By providing this data, we can trace who is responsible for you in the event of a complaint or warranty claim. If you do not want to fill in these data, you can also leave it empty.
Yes, you can delete a registered product at any time in your customer account.
You can register all products in the LITRON, LITRON Frame, UPGRADE and OVERSEAS series. For the UPGRADE and OVERSEAS series, simply use the serial number on the inside of the product. For products in the LITRON and LITRON Frame series, please use the selection options here. Older series are unfortunately excluded from product registration.
